Delivery

Delivery is around 2-4 weeks to the UK

- FREE Local Collection/Delivery - Icmeler/Marmaris

- International & UK postage

All items will be packed for postage as soon as they are made, keeping in mind the creation process times stated for each individual item. 

​

If your item doesnt arrive in the given time frame please inform us and we will open a case with the postal company. All orders will be tracked, If there is a delay please contact us so we can check the status of your parcel. Crochet Queens is not responsible for a delayed service by Royal Mail or our international delivery service during any postal strikes.

 

Please always check with neighbours and safe places including bins and porches. Once an item is marked 'delivered' by the delivery company Crochet Queens is no longer responsible for the parcel, as we are unable to then open a case, it will then be the buyers responsibility to open a case. Please still contact us as we will be able to supply the details you need such as which postal company we used.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on our items due to them being hand made or custom designed, if an item arrives defective please email us on crochetqueensboutique@gmail.com with photographic proof of the defect within 3 days of receiving your item, such items will be replaced if we deem the defect to be our fault, the item will need to be sent back to us so we can inspect it further. Should there be any problem fixing or remaking the item we will offer a store credit against your next order, we do not offer refunds.

Custom made items

Our custom orders can take from 4 to 8 weeks to be made, please note that any measurements you supply us need to be correct as we dont take any responsibility if the item does not fit.
